We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively. The Role As the IMS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining an integrated management system that aligns with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. You will ensure the integration of quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems, supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with meticulous attention to detail. Flexible and self-motivated, capable of multitasking and working independently. Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach to planning and workload management. Skilled at prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building credible relationships across all organisational levels and externally. Expert knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related processes like GSR-2/3. Effective presenter and communicator, capable of addressing diverse audiences and engaging with regulators and stakeholders. Degree-qualified or with equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry or major project environment. Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Management Systems in line with ISO standards. Expertise in enterprise architecture governance and strategy.
