Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Inbound and outbound call handling Handling complaints and resolving (full training provided) Taking payments over the telephone and processing payment details Making outbound calls to collect payments, - full training provided Responding to emails and correspondence The ideal candidate will have: Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
