Your Role Join Henkel’s Consumer Brands’ Commercial Excellence team as Commercial Strategy Graduate. Work with iconic brands such as Colour Catcher, Bloo, Schwarzkopf, Got2b, and LIVE. You will support the development of our NRM (net revenue management) strategy with the aim of enhancing both sales and profit. Shadow the creation and implementation of commercial and channel plans, including all elements of the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place and Promotion). Collaborate with the category, sales & marketing teams to support the delivery of growth across our customers and brands. Assist with the development of strong commercial sell-ins to deploy to the sales team, to help with the execution of our brand plans. Work on building P&L scenarios to support the development of commercial strategies. Utilise a variety of different data sources to help build NRM action plans e.g. dunnhumby & IRI. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge and expertise across a wide range of skills in the commercial space, including: promotional evaluation and optimisation, price pack architecture, pricing and optimising trade terms with retailers. Your Skills You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines: Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, Engineering, Stats, or another related field. Highly numerate with a good understanding of P&Ls. Basic understanding of Excel. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Proven team player with strong communication skills. Resilient and adaptable, with good judgement. Creative thinking with a great sense of initiative. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Good attention to detail.
