Resident Boarding Tutor

This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy.
Dean Close Preparatory School are looking to appoint a new Residential Boarding House Tutor for our boarding and day prep school. We are looking for this position to start in September 2025.
The Boarding House Tutor role is divided into two areas:
* Boarding house duties, which reports to the Housemaster or Housemistress, and supports the day to day running of our boarding houses.
* Educational duties, where each Gapper has a scheduled timetable, with a variety of tasks to attend to throughout the week, for example, classroom assistance, supporting our PE and Sports Coaches and Music and Choral preparation.
Boarding House Tutors are required to assist fully in the games programme and an ability to help with team coaching is an advantage.
This is a fantastic role for a candidate who comes from an existing boarding background, who would like to support our students in their development within a classroom and also with their additional curricular activities. Accommodation and food would be provided through the school term.
