Education and Training
£83.85 - £83.85 Per day.
Responsibilities:
* Providing support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
* Assisting in implementing individual education plans.
* Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons.
* Helping students to develop their social skills and independence.
* Assisting with the supervision of students during break and lunch times.
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Welsh Language preferred but not essential.
* Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Previous experience working with individuals with learning difficulties.
* Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience and empathy towards students facing challenges.
* Higher level qualification in Education or SEN.
This role involves working within a school environment, supporting students with diverse learning needs. The work may require some physical activity and the ability to adapt to different situations quickly.
