As the team coordinator you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovated ways to support people with a learning disability to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose. Your role will be to work alongside the Community Support Leader to help manage a team of support workers & Seniors to achieve their objectives of delivering complexed support to adults with a learning disability within the community in a supported living setting. You will part of best practice and planning, implementing support plans and rotas. Conducting staff Supervisions and observations. Alongside your management tasks you will support people with accessing the community for a variety of activities and provide direct support with day to day living and wellbeing.
