Job Description We are currently looking for a manager to join our dedicated Payroll team in the Cheltenham office. The role is full time role offering hybrid working. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of a portfolio of International Payroll clients. Managing a team of 4 payroll supervisors and their supporting assistants, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of monthly payrolls including starters, leavers, personal changes, holiday pay, statutory payments and ensuring a high-quality service is provided to our clients. Required Attributes To be considered you will have - A minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience within a professional practice environment. Experience with managing team members previously. Your communication and relationship building must be to a very high standard as we pride ourselves on always providing a high level of service to our clients. Experience with IPPEX or other online payroll management software would be an advantage. Ideally from a Practice background and/or with experience in working in a finance role on an international basis (within industry or practice) Experience working with US based organisations would be a distinct advantage A self-starter who can come in and quickly take ownership of the team and the international payroll process. Highly organised and able to thrive/work well under pressure Excellent client service and communication skills Understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance would be an advantage Great people management skills and a team player IT skills - good understanding of Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of RSU & Stock Option processing through payrolls would be an advantage. Why choose Crowe?
