Head of HR | Perm role | £80k-£85k | Membership organisation | Hybrid | Central London offices
This newly created Head of HR position with a renowned membership body will lead the HR function during an exciting period of change and renewal. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic, hands-on HR leadership to a team of 5, and deliver a leading HR service to a workforce of circa 250-300.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development of all HR and Organisation Design strategies
* Identify areas of improvement from an HR perspective, including talent management and development
* Lead on the design and execution of a series of HR-related projects including organisation design, pay frameworks, and ERP
* Line management of an HR Business Partner and HR Operations Manager, with oversight of 2 administrators and a Recruitment Specialist
