Howard Finley Care Ltd - Deputy Manager
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at an 80-bed residential home. This full-time position offers a salary of £30,000 per annum and an excellent opportunity to grow in a leadership role within the care sector.
* Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks.
* Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
* Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
* Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
* Assist in managing compliance with regulatory and CQC standards.
* Contribute to care planning and assessment processes.
* Manage and support the development of team members.

* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and promoting residents' well-being.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards.
