Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Identify and solve engineering challenges across various projects, including roads, drainage, and more.
Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to design standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with site teams, acting as their technical liaison.
Documentation: Prepare and deliver essential project documentation, such as RAMS and temporary traffic management schemes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with clients, consultant engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Project Oversight: Attend meetings, conduct site visits, and monitor project progress.
Commercial Support: Assist the commercial team with complex tender opportunities.
Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in relevant software (e.g.
AutoCAD, Project, MS Office).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential).
