Role Overview
Customer Interaction & Needs Assessment: Build rapport with customers, listen to their service or repair needs, and use your understanding to recommend the best products or services for them.
Product & Service Promotion: Promote key products like extended warranties, service plans, and genuine parts, while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or current promotions.
Customer Communication & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate customer records, and use text, phone, or email to follow up on customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with colleagues across various departments, including CRM, to provide a coordinated service and assist customers who may not be attended to.
Customer Care & Additional Support: Occasionally assist in the reception area, greeting customers, and offer to collect or deliver cars for service as needed, ensuring a positive customer experience.
