Receptionist, Part Time - Milton Keynes
£12.20 per hour
Part time, 15 hours per week, Permanent
22.5 days annual leave per annum pro rata

We are looking for customer focused, professional receptionist to join our team at the Milton Keynes Parcel Sort Centre to provide a professionally managed visitor service to all internal and external customers.
The role
Requirements
As Receptionist, you’ll be our meet and greet point and be responsible for access to the site, checking visitors’ ID passes and ensuring all visitors sign in and out appropriately all whilst presenting a professional image. You’ll be responsible for general administrative and support activities, to ensure the operational and customer requirements run smoothly. Duties will include:
1. Greeting and managing all visitors to premises.
2. Managing and redirecting calls.
3. Basic administration tasks including photocopying, typing and other ad-hoc requests.
4. Control of access to secure areas.
5. Be the contact point for customer liaison.
6. Reporting all building faults to relevant authorities.
Attendance pattern: 08:00 – 11:00, Monday to Friday
About You
You need to demonstrate the following skills and experience on your CV:
1. Receptionist and Administrator experience (essential requirement)
2. Customer focused with a first-class telephone manner - experience of using a switchboard is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and strong customer liaison skills.
4. IT literate including Microsoft Office packages and email systems.
5. Ability to build and maintain excellent customer and colleague relationships.
6. SIA Accreditation will be beneficial.
