We are seeking a manager with experience in managing a team and kitchen for our new concept. This new concept is different from all of our current restaurants. We want to lead a small, tight-knit team working seamlessly together and taking care of your team members. You will oversee the daily operations and profitability of your site, and actively drive and join in the sustainability of our company through people, product, property, profit, and planet.
We need someone to organize the rota to balance the needs of the business and the team to ensure the best work-life balance. You will analyze how the business is performing, make decisions to improve the operation, and address any problems that may occur on site. As a collaborator, you will work with others to ensure compliance with regulations and liaise with traders to ensure stock levels are suitable.
