As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Come rain or shine you will be happy to welcome everyone to Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House, both places open 363 days a year. You will form part of the foundation of great service across the North Warwickshire portfolio. Both indoors and outdoors you will be striving to create consistently high presentation standards.
Hours: 653 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Working to a rota on any day over a 7 day period, Monday-Sunday, with regular weekend and bank holiday working. You will need to be flexible to fit with the needs of the operation.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 10 working at Packwood and Baddesley Clinton.
This captivating 16th century Tudor manor house is renowned for its fine collection of textiles and elegant gardens. The team is focused on conservation projects, as well as providing an exceptional family-friendly visitor experience. The new café serves a delicious selection of produce grown in Packwood’s kitchen garden. Packwood House is part of a trio of properties alongside Baddesley Clinton and Coughton Court, so collaborative working between staff and volunteers is encouraged.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same.
Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
