We are hiring a recruitment coordinator to support our client’s global intern program. Successful candidates will work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This is a 5 month contract working in London 5 days a week on site, paying £17.09p/h PAYE + holiday pay.
Key job responsibilities:
* Support the Global Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders.
* Work closely with a team of Program Managers.
* Provide excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders by managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders.
* Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
* Deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Requirements:
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
* Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management.
* Experience working with data including strong Excel skills, including formulas like V-Lookup.
