Please see job description attached. This post requires a flexible approach as you may be asked to provide administrative cover within the wider FM team. Although not an exhaustive list the role will involve: Front of house reception cover involving face to face contact with visitors and service users. Dealing with telephone enquiries and operating an electronic room booking system. Ad hoc cashier cover dealing directly with service users and staff. Some generic admin support to include inputting to excel spreadsheets/ assisting with collation of statistic data as required. Other tasks as delegated by the SSBM FM East or Site Co-ordinator. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and who can manage a range of independent tasks in support of the FM team.
