Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Technical Administrator, you will work closely with the Senior Designer, supporting the process for Builds Of Materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating, uploading, and updating Build of Materials (BOM), routes, and other relevant details on our client's ERP system.
2. Preparing detailed product documentation and instruction sheets.
3. Liaising with manufacturing and vendors throughout the design, procurement, and fabrication phases.
4. Coordinating and sourcing quotes, costings, tracking, and progress of all special products.
5. Providing support during design reviews.
6. Organising the delivery of samples for testing.
To excel in this role, you must have:
1. Previous experience in a similar technical administration role.
2. A background in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
4. Ideally, a qualification in Engineering.
