Fenn’s is a well-established supplies business that has a big personality and even bigger plans! Due to significant growth, we are looking for a driven sales person with experience in workwear and PPE to help take our successful division to the next level.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a driven and positive personality. We want to speak to people who are determined to build a career with a forward-thinking business and a desire for personal development. A real team player, who is adept at building both internal and external relationships.
The role will focus on developing new and existing business. You will prospect, nurture, and develop your own pipeline in order to consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Establish strong long-lasting relationships and provide a consultative approach with customers, ensuring full understanding of requirements to provide the best solutions.
You will be welcomed into an established proactive and motivated team, who will do everything they can to help you succeed! An ability to work independently, but also collaborate with sales account managers and the customer service team to identify new opportunities and expand customer relations is essential.
Salary and commission structure is negotiable depending on experience and will include a company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone.
