We have a new opportunity for a Neighbourhood Services Administrator who will provide administrative support to the wider Neighbourhood Services Team. The role is being offered on a Fixed Term basis until 30th November 2025, part time, over 30 hours a week. The salary is £18,996.49 pro rata (FTE £23,429) The post holder will be in daily contact with staff across Ocean and with Ocean tenants and representatives providing general administrative services as follows: Photocopying/scanning documents Using other software systems including QL, First Touch, P2P, Homeswapper and other internal and external systems General filing Mail Merges Administering Mutual Exchanges Preparing performance reports and data Taking minutes of meetings Organise and book meetings, events and travel arrangements Supporting the Empty Homes process with terminations, returning keys and processing adverts for properties For more information regarding the specific responsibilities of the role please refer to the Job Description You will have experience of producing written/typed correspondence, inputting data and using databases, taking minutes and delivering excellent customer service. You should have good attention to detail along with excellent administrative & organisational skills with the ability to problem solve when required and you should be able to manage and prioritise time and tasks effectively, identifying any steps needed to accomplish tasks. You should exude a positive and welcoming persona and have good interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively deal with difficult and challenging situations. You will be educated to GCSE level A-C or equivalent Level 2 qualification in English & Maths and have an ECDL or equivalent qualification.
