Introduction

Now, we're looking for a CRM Strategy Manager, to take this further by reshaping our CRM approach.

What you will be doing
1. Support the CRM executive team and collaborate across the business to drive the development of a new customer contact strategy.
2. Work to optimise activity on an ongoing basis, identifying and acting upon key customer insights using data.
3. Put customer data at the heart of what we do through excellent collaboration with our BI team.
4. Ensure that the needs of each life stage are met within the guardrails of a scalable approach to communications.
5. Ensure that strategies are translated into detailed campaign plans for delivery teams to manage through targeting, data selection and creative.
6. Identify and communicate key customer and market trends, from our own vertical and beyond, applying these to the work that we do.
7. Be passionate about technology's impact on customers, bringing fresh, thought-provoking ideas.
8. Advocate for simplicity, being able to tell compelling stories based on multi-layered and sometimes incomplete data.
Who we are looking for
We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will:
1. Have experience in CRM related, communications strategy environments, with a bias towards data planning, and experience in analytics will also be an advantage.
2. You will have experience in navigating complex, detail-oriented matrix environments while effectively managing stakeholders.
3. You will have demonstrated success in achieving results through a deep, forensic understanding of customer behaviour.
4. Have knowledge of CRM systems & processes and the ability to implement sophisticated customer segmentation and multi-touch campaign strategy.
