The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving OSF Digital's growth in the UKI region. This position involves leading a dynamic sales team, collaborating with delivery centre directors, and ensuring the seamless integration of sales and delivery efforts. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and fostering strong client relationships, with a focus on the retail and financial services industries. This role reports directly to the UKI Managing Director. The role also requires the ability to understand the importance of a strong P&L balance sheet. Being able to work with delivery to ensure projects are being sold and delivered at the right margin. Forecasting accuracy is critical for the management of resource allocation and ensuring the business is operating in the most optimum manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth. Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
2. Leadership and Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Directors and Client Service Directors. Be the strongest presence in client meetings, lead by example, and establish C-level relationships. Host and run events, serving as the primary liaison between the UK and Salesforce.
3. Revenue Growth and Delivery Excellence: Own the company’s revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales quotas. Drive territory management and forecasting to optimise sales performance and growth. Collaborate with Delivery Centre Directors to align sales and delivery efforts.
4. Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted adviser, positioning OSF Digital as the preferred partner for Salesforce solutions and digital transformation projects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
2. Proven track record of running a team and achieving performance targets.
3. Extensive enterprise level experience selling digital projects/solutions, ideally Salesforce, with a strong emphasis on consultative sales.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
5. Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including MEDDPIC.
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, particularly in forecasting and territory management.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
