Support Workers required to support in multiple residential homes based on a SEN College Boarding School.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Own transport is desirable due to the semi-rural location close to Crawley.
About the role:
As a Support Worker, you will be working in our school's residential home supporting young people from ages 5-19 with severe emotional and social difficulties. You will play a vital role in improving the life skills and independence of the young people.
About you:
A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or autism. You must have a driving license and your own vehicle as it is a rural location.
Pay:
Starting from £12.00 per hour PAYE and £15.22 per hour Umbrella.
Requirements for you as a Support Worker:
* Experience in Support Work or SEN (Desirable)
* Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
* Enhanced Child and Adult DBS
* Ability to travel to the location near Crawley in your own vehicle (Essential)
* Comfortable with personal care
Shift Times:
* Monday - Sunday
* 14:00-21:00 / 07:00-21:00
* Temporary to permanent opportunity near Crawley.
