LEGAL RECEPTIONIST required for busy Solicitors office, based in Bromley.
This is a full time vacancy.
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.
Salary dependent on experience.

We require a legal receptionist to join us in our Bromley Office. As front of house, you will meet and greet all visitors and clients, provide admin and customer service support, answer all calls and direct to where needed in a professional and timely manner, maintain a tidy reception area, and provide administrative support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio typing and word processing, filing, photocopying and printing, preparation of correspondence/forms.
2. Organising the file management system, including maintaining the relevant paper/electronic filing systems and archiving.
3. Any other tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
1. Excellent word-processing and attention to detail.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
