Marketing Manager, Lead Generation—Events and Partnerships, Amazon Shipping

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, with focus on industry events and partnerships, to drive the growth of Amazon Shipping in Europe. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B lead generation through industry events and partnerships.
You will use your experience to manage virtual and in-person UK/European industry events that attract and engage enterprises and large e-commerce retail organizations; as well as internal/external business partnerships. You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Shipping in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role operates cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as our internal business development, PR, integrations and legal teams.
Key job responsibilities
Support strategy, development, and optimization of field marketing events and internal/external campaigns in order to accelerate lead readiness for sales teams.
1. End-to-end management of event/campaign projects, budgets, and timelines.
2. Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies.
3. Partner with external agencies in support of event management and execution.
4. Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results, and effectiveness.
5. Provide clear and concise documentation for stakeholder teams that outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
