The Role: We are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity for a District Manager to join our business and play a pivotal role in achieving our vision of delivering smarter, greener infrastructure brilliantly. You will aid in the delivery of all operations across Southern Water’s Horsham district, responsible for maximising the performance, whilst maintaining appropriate safety and quality standards. This is what you will be responsible for: Developing good working relationships and close liaison with clients and project team members Dealing with variations and valuations (submissions and settlements) Managing health, safety and environment issues Managing human resources issues, including staff training Dealing with customer care issues Carrying out pre, current and post programme/contract management This list is not inclusive or exhaustive and other management duties will be expected.
