Hours: 37 Hours per week
Salary: SK11 (£34,482 per annum)

Job Responsibilities:
1. The post holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day HR activities on behalf of the Council as required.
2. Assume a business partnering approach to understand what service areas are looking to achieve and provide advice/guidance as necessary.
3. Facilitate and coordinate wider service provision throughout the employee lifecycle.
4. Proactively support wider HR activities, including supporting line managers and staff to ensure that best practice HR becomes embedded within the organisation, including encouraging wellbeing, retention of new starters, and enabling successful future talent.
5. Provide broader general HR administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the HR Department to meet organisational needs.
