Our client is a well-established construction consultancy covering projects across commercial, retail, healthcare, educational amongst others. Project valuations range from 50k to 3 million. Current team includes Surveyor’s, Project Managers, H&S Consultants, Architects and juniors / apprentices.

Due to continued growth our client is looking to expand their team and therefor is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager in the Milton Keynes branch. The position will be working in a fast-paced environment handling numerous tenders / projects from inception to completion across the Home Counties.
Senior Cost Manager requirements:
* Proven experience in consultancy Cost Management
* Relevant Degree, qualifications
* Construction background refurbishment & fit out
* Liaising with both clients and sub-contractors from a design and build perspective
* Expertise in detailed cost planning, and pre/post-contract activities.
* In depth understanding of JCT contracts
* Strong communication, reporting, and client liaison skills.
Senior Cost Manager renumeration:
* Strong basic DOE, 6% pension contributions, 27 days holiday plus B/H
