Job Description
1. Lead and supervise audit projects to ensure accurate financial control.
2. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to prepare audit reports.
3. Provide expert advice to clients regarding financial management and control.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5. Identify and address client needs promptly and professionally.
6. Mentor junior members in the team to enhance their performance and professional development.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
8. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
1. An educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
2. 3/4 years of UK Practice experience.
3. ACA/ACCA part-qualified.
4. Proficient knowledge of audit procedures and accounting standards.
5. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to provide strategic financial advice to clients.
8. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
