Facilities are a progressive and forward thinking department looking for a self-motivated Soft Services Supervisor. Main duties of the job The role will work closely with Soft FM Team Leader to provide a cleaning and catering service, and implement best practise across the Soft FM department.The role is to have direct responsibility for the supervision of the domestic and catering teams in York. The postholder will be responsible for the completion of staff rotas to ensure there is always sufficient cover to deliver the standards set in the NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025.
