We Are Looking For
* Part-Time Supervisor (Minimum 30 hours per week)
You Will
* Support the Store Manager in daily operations
* Contribute to teamwork by assisting in problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality
* Ensure product quality and customer service meet company standards
* Lead team members to maintain cleanliness and kiosk upkeep
* Provide a safe and clean environment for employees and customers
* Ensure efficient daily operations by bubble baristas
* Protect store assets by following safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling procedures
* Stay calm and observant during busy periods or unforeseen situations, deploying team members as needed
* Manage and create content for TikTok
* Complete other tasks assigned by the company
You Are
* Experienced in driving high sales in fast-paced food/beverage environments (preferred)
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
* Legally eligible to work in the UK
* Energetic, positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Punctual and reliable
* Eager to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
