Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for various tasks.
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties efficiently.
* Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures as needed.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials are stored properly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks on site.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* A valid driver's licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts or late finishes when required.
* A good understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is desirable.
