We are looking for aTechnology Business Partner to support the ambitious growth plansof the business. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
AsTechnology Business Partner you will be accountable for supportingthe Technology strategy of the Group. As such we see the keyresponsibilities of the role asbeing:
* Linking between theBusiness and Technology functionsdaytoday
* Understanding the strategicneeds of Group Companies and Departments and ensuring that theTechnology Service Offering meets thoseneeds
* Ensuring that operationalservices are maintained with Vendors andPartners
* Gathering highlevelbusiness requirements for Projects and Change and defining Scopesof Work
* Leading the delivery ofTechnology Projects
* Leading themanagement of risks dependencies and issues associated with ProjectDelivery
* Monitoring service KPIs andSLAs and ensuring that issues are investigated andresolved
* Ensuring Change is managedin a systematic and riskbasedway
* Establishing and maintainingrelationships across the Group at all levels and maintaining a fullunderstanding of businessneeds
* Working to develop a team ofPrime Change Champions as supporters and stewards of Data andTechnology within the Group
* Owningthe Technology Continuous Improvement Plan and consistently seekingways to do things better
* Developingand managing defined communication channel(s) and/or stakeholdergroups proactively seeking to identify potentialdemand
* Consulting with the BusinessSystems Manager where current technology solutions dont meetbusiness needs and making recommendations for newsolutions
* Driving innovation bykeeping up to date on emerging methods and technologies andrecommending how these can be practically implemented to improvebusiness performance.

REQUIREMENTS
* Extensiveexperience with and understanding of current technology and thedemonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systemsincluding upgrades andchanges.
* Experience in managingprocesses and systems to ensure the effective delivery oftechnology / businessalignment
* Knowledge of technologyArchitecture practices andprinciples
* Skilled in facilitatingoutcomes and contributing to challenging projects within a complexorganisational context
* Significantexperience and/or interest in developing frameworks processesstandards guidelines blueprints and bestpractices
* Critical thinking in theutilisation of data
* Knowledge of andexperience in gathering understanding and documentingrequirements
* Experience withproblemsolving in relation to business (organisational) issues oropportunities.
