We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Job Coaches to join our busy and professional Learning Support Team.
If youre passionate about supporting learners to achieve their ambitions this role could be for you!
Working at an employer location, within the retail sector within the local area, you will support learners in the workplace by teaching and supporting them to carry out real tasks such as stock rotation, shelf-stacking and customer service so that learners develop and apply employability skills to support them into sustainable employment. You will also deliver workshops (such as CV writing, interview techniques) to enable learners to develop their confidence and independence when applying for jobs.
You will have experience of supporting learners with special education needs and desirably qualifications in SEND,for example, Supporting Learners with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities, Autism Awareness. You will alsohold Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
