Hours: 8:30am4pmJob Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Business Studies lessonsacross key stages 4and 5 ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning
Plan and prepare lessons that are engaging and challenging for all ability levels
Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential
Provide detailed and regular feedback on student achievement, progress, problems, etc.
Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Business Studiesdepartment and the wider schoolThe ideal candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
Passion for Business Studies and the ability to inspire students
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities
A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and students
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of studentsYOU MUST:
