The Role Run a caseload of high value, motor accident claims Responsible for complex credit hire cases Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value Handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence Collecting evidence to support the claims You will join an established yet growing law firm as a fee earner, responsible for a caseload of credit hire to motor accident cases. Responsible for a litigated caseload, you will collect evidence to support your claims. This includes drafting witness statements, court hearings and documents to add to litigated cases. These cases range from fast track to multi track, complex credit hire to motor accident files including cases up to £150,000 in value. Candidate Criteria 3 Years as a file handler, handling a caseload of motor accident to credit hire claims Ability to run a litigated caseload, collecting evidence to support cases Experience handling a case from inception to settlement Ability to handle fast track to multi track cases valuing to £150,000 To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a file handler for a caseload of RTA to credit hire cases. You must have experience handling litigated RTA to credit hire claims, running from inception to settlement.
