The successful candidate will have:
* Possess a robust and practical knowledge of diverse teaching strategies tailored for pupils with SEND
* Fully understand the National Curriculum and be able to adapt it for SEND pupils
* Exhibit outstanding classroom practice in the primary phase, showcasing creativity, initiative, and excellent organisational skills
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development
* Utilise rigorous assessment systems and use data effectively to enhance pupil progress and uphold the highest standards
* Have the expertise and motivation to lead a subject throughout the school
* Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
* Commit to supporting the wider aspects of school life
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
