About the role
InFocus supports a large number of young people aged between 17 – 36, with complex sensory, physical and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. We are seeking a proactive, creative and committed team leader to join our waking nights team at InFocus, to support the delivery of high-quality care to our young people with vision impairment and complex needs. You will lead, motivate, inspire and support the waking night team so they can perform their role safely and provide the best care in a person-centred way. This team leader role will include conducting supervisions and providing support with the onboarding of new employees.
It will also be your job to support our young people to make their own decisions and reach their full potential. You will be required to support our young people in a person-centred way and respond to their needs, wishes and aspirations.

Actual salary: £25,953.53 per annum based on 33.25 hours per week.
Working pattern
The working pattern for this position will be 33.25 hours per week, working on a two-week rolling rota (22:00 – 08:00), including weekends.
