Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and tailored lesson plans that align with the primary curriculum. Provide individualised support and guidance to students with a range of SEN, including autism and ADHD. Collaborate closely with other professionals, including teaching assistants, and SEN leads to create a holistic approach to student support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and development. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social and emotional well-being of all students.
