Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator - EH0276 An excellent opportunity has arisen foran enthusiastic and committed personto join our HR team as a Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator. Your role will include all aspects of recruitment and payroll administration, from recruitment administration, including communicating with prospective candidates, administering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), producing offer and contractual documentation, running reports from the ATS when required to payroll input and checking, to producing monthly reports and answering payroll queries and queries about recruitment from our hiring managers and candidates. You will have a high level of attention to detail particularly when under pressure. You will have experience of recruitment and in using an HR and payroll system, particularly in being able to produce reports and manipulate data. You will also be able to prioritise your own workload. We recognise the importance of a good balance between work and home life so we do everything we can to accommodate flexible working including working from home (dependent on service need) and other arrangements. Exact working hours and pattern to be agreed between the council and the successful candidate.
