Role: Commercial Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Wirral based
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000
I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity within a well-established conveyancing department.

The Role
As a Commercial Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the team with a variety of tasks, including:
1. Handling administrative duties such as file opening, providing quotes, and billing.
2. Communicating with clients, third parties, and legal professionals.
3. Organising and maintaining legal files, records, and documents.
4. Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
5. Ensuring compliance by updating the case management system accurately.
6. Working with property-related portals, including HM Land Registry, LMS, Lender Exchange, and bank portals.
7. Assisting with post-completion work.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in commercial conveyancing.
2. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a case management system.
To be considered, you must have at least 24 months' experience in a similar role.
