Job Description
Ia ra ia ra Ka aha koe? - How will you spend your day?
You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our LPG cylinders by assisting with the testing and repairing of the cylinders to meet the NZ Cylinder testing standards and with the refurbishment of the cylinders for resale. This is a physical role, so a good level of fitness is required. You'll also cover for the Cylinder Test Facility Manager and be responsible for the operation of the testing facility when required.
Qualifications

To be successful in this job you’ll need to have:
1. Previous experience in a manual handling job would be an advantage.
2. Strong communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.
3. Basic administration skills including the ability to complete documentation and stock control & ordering.
4. A strong work ethic, integrity, and adaptability.
5. A strong customer service focus.
6. Be willing to undergo training to be a certified cylinder tester.
The recruitment process for this role involves a medical check which includes a drug and alcohol test and a criminal record check.
