Year 3 Teacher - Chatham
Full-time - MPS - January 2025
Tradewind Recruitment are sourcing for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a Primary School in Chatham to start in January for a full-time role. This position will be on a temp-to-perm basis and shortlisting is happening ASAP. ECTs and experienced teachers are equally welcome to apply.
The school is a single-form school in the outskirts of Chatham, accessible via public transport and has on site parking. The school is also graded GOOD by Ofsted and highlighted the strengths of their global curriculum that sets pupils up well for the future and aims to reduce any risk of disadvantage to them. Attendance of the school is also strong.
The Role
Planning and delivering the Primary curriculum in Year 3.
Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students
Requirements
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum, especially as a Year 3 Teacher.
Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable).
Have right to work in the UK.
