We are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator Fixed Term Contract to join our team until December 2025. In this role, you will work closely with the project team and senior stakeholders to support the delivery of projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, facilitating meetings, setting agendas, and acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders throughout these projects.

Main Responsibility
Within this role you will have some of the following key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared
* Set clear, actionable agendas and take accurate meeting notes for follow-up
* Maintain communication with senior stakeholders and act as a point of contact for queries related to meetings
* Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between different departments
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving, good communication abilities, and enthusiasm for project coordination are essential.
While prior experience in healthcare is not required, a passion for delivering high-quality work and collaborating with a diverse team will help you thrive in this role.
