This Assistant Accountant role is a superb chance to join a team with a long track record of developing, training, and promoting internallyKey Responsibilities Preparation and posting of pre and post-month-end overhead journalsAnalyse financial data in order to allocate out the relevant charges received and investigate any variances between actual costs and budgetsReport on monthly charges and overhead costs to internal management in order to inform business decisionsPreparing and assisting with FA month-end journals and FA additions from WIPInvestigate and resolve between invoices received and allocation of costs to branchesPreparing balance sheet reconciliationsRecommend new processes and procedures where appropriate in order to increase efficiency and accuracyThis role offers the opportunity of flexibility, working from home but you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, Northamptonshire to attend meetings as requiredYou: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem-solving.
