Loyal Blue Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an Ofsted 'Outstanding', two-time award-winning nursery in Bromley, who are seeking a passionate and confident Deputy Nursery Manager to join their established leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy looking for a fresh challenge, or a strong Room Leader/Third in Charge ready to step up. The nursery is well-resourced, offers a warm and nurturing environment, and is known for its high standards of care, education, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operations of the nursery
Lead and inspire the staff team, promoting a positive and inclusive working culture
Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements are met to a high standard
Take a proactive role in staff training, supervisions and appraisals
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements
Previous experience in a senior nursery role (Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or similar)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A warm, professional and proactive approach
