About The Role
Hesley Group are recruiting for a Relief Receptionist for our Central Services Head Office based in Tickhill Doncaster. We are a specialist adult residential service provider supporting people with complex needs. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual for the role of Receptionist. The role will involve being the front of house for the service and directing multiple enquiries across the Hesley Group and liaising with the administration team to support with tasks as they arise. #he-1
About You
We are looking for someone who is flexible with their time and who can commit to different days and hours per week. We are looking for a professional candidate who has experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You will hold qualifications of Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent). You will need to have a professional telephone manner and share the values of the Hesley Group. As well as the above you will need to have the following experience:
1. Working as an effective team member in an office environment
2. The use of a range of office equipment
3. Dealing with information in a variety of formats (written, verbal, electronic, charts, graphs, accounts etc)
