Key Responsibilities: Service Excellence: Maintain high standards in the service process to build trust and confidence with customers. Efficient Administration: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, both electronically and on paper. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, preparing and modifying documents including reports, quotes, templates, and emails. Respond to website enquiries promptly. Support: Assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service department. Sage System Knowledge: Utilise your knowledge of the Sage system to enhance service delivery. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure positive customer satisfaction indicators and send satisfaction forms to clients where necessary (ISO). Customer Skills: Develop skills and understanding of the CRM system. Scheduling: Schedule and book servicing and callouts, including subcontractors, and complete all related paperwork. Team Collaboration: Work with the Service Manager on the Service Engineers scheduling. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties deemed relevant to the position.Knowledge & Skills: Commercially Astute: Demonstrate a competitive and commercially awareness. Proactive: Confident and proactive in your work. Microsoft Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel and Word. CRM Expertise: Experienced in building and operating a CRM system.
