About The Opportunity TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as a Stores Coordinator within the Electrifications Department on a 3 month rolling Fixed Term Contract. You will be instrumental in ensuring the continued safety of all TES 2000 staff and subsequent contracted staff. The Stores Coordinator typical day will include: To work safely at all times, complying with all relevant Health and Safety regulations and company procedures. Organise and maintain regular stock maintenance and inventory registers within the stores areas. Maintain a high level of cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment within the stores areas. Undertake material preparation activities in line with Projects and Isolation division requirements and timeframes. Follow TES reporting, recording and escalation procedures. Accept incoming goods for damages and compare with the shipping document (Material Description and quantity). Maintain Calibration of equipment to meet the business needs and time frames to ensure planned works are not negatively impacted. Maintain a robust material booking in and out process.
