At Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) we support a diverse group of individuals who may have Intellectual Disabilities, Forensic Histories, Autism and a variety of Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals we support can at times show behaviours of distress. We are looking for an inspirational Registered Manager to join CTS. Your role will be to provide a bespoke level of leadership to enable our staff teams to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals who live in our home. We are looking for a caring manager ideally with experience of working with complex individuals and a capacity to empower a staff team to provide outstanding care. You will be the Registered Manager of a care home in Weston-super-Mare, leading by example and promoting values led care with meaningful outcomes. You will have the benefit of working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team including Clinical Psychologists, our experienced Positive Behaviour Support Service, HR and Finance teams
* Has experience of managing a Care Home.
* Has experience of working with complex individuals.
* Has experience of managing, leading and developing a staff team.
* Is an inspirational and motivated leader.
* Can be a good role model, offering direction, support and coaching to your staff team.
* Is adaptable, flexible and conscientious with strong communication skills.
* Has a strong understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
* Is open to continuing their own professional development., Registered Manager: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Health and Social Care Diploma level 5 (preferred) (required)
* Leadership and Management Award (required)
* RMA, NVQ Level 4 (required)
