What you will do in your working day
* Community Outreach - Assist in planning and organising community events, workshops and meetings. Engage with community members to promote our services and identify partnership opportunities.
* Communication - Manage social media accounts, newsletters and other communication platforms to promote community events Home Instead are leading on or part of, to enhance business visibility and development. Respond to community enquiries and provide timely information.
* Relationship Building - Develop and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, local organisations and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the community and the organisation.
* Data Management - Collect and maintain data on both Care Professional meetings and community engagement activities and participation including regular Vintage Tea events for seniors.
* Internal Communications - Assisting with the production and distribution of monthly Care Professional newsletters, ensuring key business development and achievements are communicated effectively and efficiently. Assisting with the organisation of Quarterly Care Professional meetings to ensure effective two-way communication and engagement of Care Professionals.
The training you will be getting
* The apprentice will be working towards the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
* All delivered within the workplace via online training and at Colchester Institute Campus.
